Sally Blumenthal

MFT, RN (she/her)

I have been loving Therapeutic Touch since the late 70’s when I first met Dee and Dora. Since then, I have used the wisdom I have been gathering with TT to start a hospice, care for many people who were dying, become a therapist, work with our HIV/AIDS community, the Trans community and am finally moving toward retirement, maybe. I just really love what I do. I will continue to share what I have learned on my journey as I am a natural storyteller. I also have a new (old) home on Orcas where I just finished the first draft of my book The Joy of Dying in my free time when I am not cooking or playing or just loving nature, laughing with friends and family here on Orcas. Offering TT for people with dementia, seeing clients, writing, creating art and becoming part of an amazing loving community or visiting my son and his wife in Finland fills my life.
