Meditation Weekend
Prepare your mind for summer with the meditation program. We will be working with a variety of practices designed to increase embodiment, support psychological healing, and enhance creativity. In addition to meditation, the program will feature several optional activities such as a group hike, connection games, and a painting session.
Program Fees:
Program fees are all-inclusive and cover accommodation, food, and program specifics for the entire program. Participants may choose their accommodation type preference (Plumbing, Non-Plumbing, RV/Tent) and may select to work on daily staff (3 hours commitment per day) for a substantial discount.

Day visitor rates are per day. Note if you register as a daily visitor select this in the accommodations page, and then select daily visitor as an “optional added item”
Registration Instructions:
- You may register one or more persons in a single registration. To register more than one, select multiple persons for your accommodation type.
- You have an option of making a donation to Indralaya as part of your registration.
- On checkout, please indicate if you are a “friend of Indralaya” (if you are not you can become one by selecting this option) – this will confer a 5% discount on your camp accommodation fees.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation until April 9 – $0
- Cancellation fee April 10-May 2 = $50
- Cancellation fee after May 2 – $100
Leader
Sam Heller is a holistic wellness coach, meditation and breathwork teacher, with over 1,000 hours of meditation experience. He has extensively studied and applied the practices and philosophies of Vajrayana Buddhism and has also been a student of North and South American indigenous shamanic traditions. Sam is one of the world’s most experienced dark retreat practitioners, having completed a total of 9 completely light-free meditation retreats, lasting 6, 9, 11, 12, 16, 9, 12, 9 and 12 days respectively.
